Robin Reece-Hlava is the Chief Growth Officer at BAM. She is an expert at identifying and implementing additional services that add value for existing clients, as well as building new client and partnership opportunities; concentrating on performance, strategy and alignment of the organization’s revenue growth while delivering an excellent client experience. She also oversees our revenue pipeline and leads, capitalizing on resources to align with current market trends, creating sustainable growth and innovation for BAM and our clients.

Before joining us, Robin spent 27 years at Humana in Louisville, Kentucky. During that time, Robin worked in various areas of the organization including finance, marketing, operations, and sales.  As their National Sales Director, Robin made a tremendous impact building and managing a team to establish and grow the Partner Call Center Channel from a small yet essential contributor to the largest sales channel for Humana in 2021.

Prior to her director role, Robin worked as a Sales Executive in Strategic Alliances. She developed affinity for and strategic partnerships in a variety of industries such as entertainment, insurance, retail and finance while gaining invaluable experience working with companies both large and small. Robin also has experience in Account Management & Operations and Internal Marketing & Communications.

Robin lives with her husband, Darren Hlava where they spend half of their time in Louisville, Kentucky and the other half in Edwardsville, Illinois. Robin has two adult sons, Josh and Jake and two step-daughters Maddie and Allie. As a lifelong learner, Robin enjoys working on her MyCoachExec Growth Journey Program that focuses on self, others and businesses to help clients achieve their greatest potential. She loves nature, hiking, biking, walking and spending time with her family.
