Kent Schuette

Human Resources

Kent keeps our office running. As BAM’s Human Resource Director, he oversees our administrative functions, works with our employees to ensure their strengths are being utilized, and coordinates the company’s strategic efforts. Kent’s years of experience working in both professional and philanthropic settings have helped him develop the skills to lead and motivate our team.

Kent graduated from SIUE with a Bachelor’s in Art Education and spent 20 years working in the investment and insurance industries. In addition to his work at BAM, Kent volunteers as the pastor of a non-denominational church. He serves on the board for Beverly Farm, a home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities based in Godfrey, Illinois, and is a board member of African Vision of Hope, a non-profit working to provide solutions to poverty in Zambia. Kent also utilizes his public speaking skills and passion for helping others to serve as a motivational speaker.

Kent lives in Edwardsville, Illinois, with his wife, Bonni. He loves art, music, cooking, and helping others. His quick wit and willingness to lend a hand have earned him the unofficial title of father figure of the BAM family.
