Jana is our versatile Account Manager who bridges the gap between strategy and execution. Leveraging her background in banking operations, she serves as a vital link between BAM’s Media and Account teams to ensure a best-in-class client offering. Jana loves BAM’s energetic and motivational culture and enjoys learning about her colleagues’ and our clients’ diverse backgrounds and interests.

After earning a degree in Biological Sciences in 2000, she spent time as a healthcare professional before transitioning to a full-time role as a Mom. She re-entered the workforce in 2016 and worked at First Mid Bank and Trust until 2022 in customer service and banking operations roles.

Outside the office, Jana’s biggest joy is found in supporting her three children as they pursue their studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Concordia University Wisconsin, and the University of Kentucky. When she isn't traveling or training for her next marathon, Jana enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Dave, and their two dogs.
